| Our office is open for appointments from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please state your problem and symptoms to the receptionist so he or she can schedule the proper amount of time for your appointment.
If you must cancel, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice, so another patient may be seen.

If you have an urgent problem, please inform the receptionist so that we can schedule you for an office visit as soon as possible. When you call the office after hours, you will be given another number that will enable you to reach your doctor in case of an emergency. Your call will be returned promptly.

| SOUTHBOUND I-5
Take Exit 165A (James Street Exit). Turn left on James, and left again on Seventh Avenue - just the other side of the freeway. Go straight about five blocks to Madison Street. Turn right on Madison, continue about seven blocks to Summit. Turn right on Summit and pull forward into the parking garage.

| NORTHBOUND I-5
Take Exit 164A (Dearborn, James, Madison Street). Continue on to the Madison exit. Turn right on Madison. Continue up Madison about seven blocks to Summit. Turn right on Summit and pull forward into the parking garage.

| PARKING
Heading east on Madison street, just past the Arnold Medical Pavillion is Summit Street. Turn right on Summit, and there is an entry to the Arnold Medical Pavillion for loading and unloading passengers. Wheelchairs are available in the lobby of the building. After unloading passengers, drivers may pull forward into the parking garage. Valet parking is also available at the same location where patients are unloaded.
